The Innkeeper

Front of InnThe Everett Street Guesthouse is a casual bed and breakfast inn and peaceful urban oasis for visitors to Portland, Oregon. The perfect alternative to high priced hotels or sterile motel rooms, there are no frilly curtains, teddy bears or potpourri here. The 1907 Craftsman style home is a warm and welcoming space, filled with art and crafts from the innkeeper's previous life as a gallery owner. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking, the inn and cottage are walking distance to some of Portland's best restaurants as well as movie theaters, public transportation, and Laurelhurst Park. We are only minutes to the Pearl District and downtown Portland.
The inn has two comfortable guest rooms which share a full bath, and an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor.
A stay at the inn includes free wifi, large outside deck, flatscreen t.v. (Sophie's Room only), and a dedicated "library room" for guests with computer, work desk, refrigerator and day bed. You may also exclude breakfast for a savings of $10.00/per person.

The separate studio cottage has its own entrance, bathroom, washer/dryer, private garden area, heated floors, flatscreen t.v. and kitchenette. The cottage rental does not include breakfast. Click here for an overview of the neighboorhood location and what it has to offer. There are on-site bicycle rentals for $15/day per bike including helmet and locks. I have a discount with Enterprise car rentals: use this discount number XZ46SB1. It is less expensive to rent at the Enterprise 3 blocks from my inn on NE Sandy Blvd. than at the airport. *There is one cat at the inn, but she is not allowed in the guest rooms.

"...gorgeous little hideaway on a quiet residential street in northeast Portland.
...impeccable eye for interior detail, so public spaces and guest rooms are beautifully decorated.
When you stay in the main house, you almost feel as though you've rented the entire place."
