There's plenty of on-street parking, and the cottage is very quiet. The kitchenette has everything you'll need for light cooking, as well as outdoor bbq, washer/dryer, wifi, dvd library, and flatscreen t.v.
The Everett Street Guesthouse, a bed and breakfast inn located on the same property, is also available for nightly rental.
"We've stayed here both times we've visited Portland in recent years, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. For a very reasonable price, you get your own private cottage. A fabulous modern design with lots of windows and a zen-like bathroom, kitchen, patio, and garden.
For those of us who like clean, bright, airy, uncluttered spaces, this place is heaven.
Very hip and conveniently located neighborhood with great restaurants. We think of Everett Street as our home in Portland. "
